Hey guys, I'm new to this whole live journal thing so bear with me. I have been reading a lot of people's entries and it's crazy to think how many people are so similar to me. Just to tell you a little about myself.... I'm 21 and im going to college right now studying marketing. I have been "anorexic" for about 4 years off and on. Can't say I have ever been the purging type altho I have tried it a few times, I'm more of the person that restricts food intake and constantly exerecises to lose what I have eaten. Thanks everyone for all the new information everyday. I do have one tip for those people who like to exercise on the treadmill. I have this workout I do everyday and I can notice results really fast. What you do is start at an incline of 2 for either 3,4, or 5 minutes, then you go to 4 incline for the same amount of time, then back to 2, then up to 6, back down to 2 and up to 8, then down to 2. They say that if you alter the the incline it increases your metabolism, and i swear it works. You do this at a speed of 4.3 too. Just a tip, if anyone wants to try it.
