So last night I officially decided that I am going to stick to my new plan of restricting calories to less than 1000 a day. I felt horrible last night for really not apparant reason. I didn't really binge but i had more than i should have. Every time i eat something i feel like my clothes are getting tigher and tigher and I swallow any food, i hate that feeling. So far today i have only had an apple and its about 4 o clock. The only bad part is, once I get off work at 5 I have to go home and eat supper. I live with my boyfriend so it is kind of hard to skip meals when he is around. He knows my battle with food and since he knows he makes sure i eat when I am around him, it sucks. I typically work everyday so that is a good time to restrict. I feel that if i only eat an apple for breakfast and something smaller for dinner i should lose some weight and definitly be under 1000 calories. Right now i have that hunger feeling in my stomach and its starting to growl. I just love that feeling. It makes me feel like i am doing something right and on the right track. Does anyone else feel that way or is it just me? I plan on posting some pics of myself soon. I plan on losing at least 10 pounds by the beginning of april. My overall goal is to be 110 and right now im about 124-125. Let's just hope i can stick to this plan for once, i used to have such good willpower and unfortunately have lost a lot of it. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can do this. Just printed off lots of real girl thinspo to help in the process. Hope everyone is having a good day so far! Thanks for all the support ladies. Think Thin as always!!! :D

So today I have only eaten and apple so thats about 80 cals. I plan on eating nothing else until supper and then i am kind of forced to eat because i live with my boyfriend. He knows my tendencies of not eating so he makes sure i eat at least something so i figure if i don't eat anything all day, i should be ok to eat some supper. however when i do eat supper i eat in moderation. I don't overindulge myself too much. Plus I am going to the gym tonight and working out on the elliptical for about 45 minutes and that typically burns 500 calories. so hopefully i dont go over 500 calories by the end of the day.

Hey guys, I'm new to this whole live journal thing so bear with me. I have been reading a lot of people's entries and it's crazy to think how many people are so similar to me. Just to tell you a little about myself.... I'm 21 and im going to college right now studying marketing. I have been "anorexic" for about 4 years off and on. Can't say I have ever been the purging type altho I have tried it a few times, I'm more of the person that restricts food intake and constantly exerecises to lose what I have eaten. Here are some of my stats:
CW: 123
LW: 115
HW: 140
GW: 115
GW2: 110

Thanks everyone for all the new information everyday. I do have one tip for those people who like to exercise on the treadmill. I have this workout I do everyday and I can notice results really fast. What you do is start at an incline of 2 for either 3,4, or 5 minutes, then you go to 4 incline for the same amount of time, then back to 2, then up to 6, back down to 2 and up to 8, then down to 2. They say that if you alter the the incline it increases your metabolism, and i swear it works. You do this at a speed of 4.3 too. Just a tip, if anyone wants to try it. Thanks again and ill try to post regularly!!!!
